My computer was acting funny like it had a virus or malware, I had called another technician and they were unable to fix my problem. I went to power on my computer and I got nothing but a black screen. Apparently my hard drive had failed, they took the machine back to their shop and ran data recovery on drive and got back MOST of my files that I had been saving for years. And most importantly got back almost all of my pictures. They replaced my hard drive, re-installed everything, and put all of my files back in the proper places, on top of all this they also offered off site back up for my files so that this would not happen again. My desktop computer would turn on and I could hear it running but could see nothing on the screen , So I knew there was something wrong I called BCC and they arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem within minutes , Video card in machine had failed , they went and got new video card and repaced in machiine and i was back up and running within 2 hours.
